Meet Molly

I am an illustrator, art educator, and coach helping people bring their ideas to life. I am based in Portland, Oregon.

All of my work is rooted in my belief that creativity is a powerful force for imagining—and building—a better world.

Illustrating change

I create whimsical and colorful designs using watercolor, ink, hand lettering, digital drawing, and surface patterns. I especially enjoy creating illustrations for new ideas that help us grow into a more peaceful, just, and joyful world.

Creativity meets strategy

For more than 20 years, I helped people and organizations turn ambitious ideas into meaningful change. My background in project and program management, organizational change, team facilitation, and equity-centered practice give me a distinctive ability to translate complex goals into a clear path forward—while keeping people, purpose, and possibility at the center.
