ART PRINTS AND CARDS: Art prints and cards purchased from https://mollychidsey.com/shop are eligible for you a full refund for any reason with 14 days of purchase. See below for instructions on how to request a refund.
To request a refund for prints purchased online at https://mollychidsey.com/shop, please fill out this form within 14 days of your purchase.
PRINT ON DEMAND ITEMS: Clothing, totes, and other print-on-demand items are made to order to reduce waste. They are not returnable and all sales are final.
CUSTOM ARTWORK: Custom calligraphy, artwork or illustrations are not returnable and all sales are final. Please refer to your custom calligraphy and illustration contract for details.
WORKSHOPS:
Art workshops and classes hosted by Molly Chidsey Illustration & Design: If you cannot attend a class, a 72 hour notice prior to the start of the class via email is required for a full refund of the class fee. After that there is no refund.
Art workshops and classes hosted by another business or organization: refund policy of the host applies.
COACHING: Cancellations for coaching fees are refundable only if the coaching appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled coaching time. No refunds are given if cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled coaching time.
