IN THIS LESSON

Selecting watercolor paints

You can use whatever watercolor paints you have already! But I will show you the colors I used to make my own card, and why I love them.

I am using watercolor paints from a tube, but you can also use pan watercolors or even liquid watercolors. Feel free to mix-and-match whatever colors you have that seem fun for this card.

Colors I am using in this video include:

  • Quinacridone Magenta (Winsor & Newton Pro)

  • Permanent Rose (Winsor & Newton Cotman)

  • Alizarin Crimson (Winsor & Newton Pro)

  • Payne’s Gray (Van Gogh)
