How to set up your space

I show you how I like to set up my watercolor painting workspace, including which brushes I use and how to set up a watercolor palette.

In this video, I’ll review:

• The type and size watercolor brushes I use

• How to set up your paint palette

• My trick to remembering which colors I am using in a project

You will need:

• Your printed template

• A small #2, #3 or #4 round watercolor brush

• 1-4 colors of watercolor paints

• Paint palette (an old ceramic plate works well!)

• Paper towel

• Small jar of clean water
